I specialize in working with adults who struggle with past emotional pain and trauma which can result in relational problems, issues around body-image and self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, and other life problems.
I provide clients with compassionate, holistic psychotherapy. My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and non-judgemental. Our work together depends on you, who you are, and what you want and need. My approach to therapy incorporates mindfulness-based modalities, which means we hold a present focus to our treatment. My primary modality is Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, although I am also heavily informed by, and incorporate interventions from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Psychology, Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Ecopsychology, among others.
