Spend some time searching through these pages and you will find articles about various topics; forums for discussion; things to try out for yourself; and links for further information. And check back regularly, I am adding more content all the time. Or better yet, send me an email* to join my mailing list. You can sign up to receive a periodic newsletter on various topics, tools, and experiments to continue to explore and grow on your own journey to mental well-being. The information on these pages is for education only. If you are concerned you may have depression, anxiety, or another mental health problem, DO NOT diagnose yourself! Please contact myself or another trained mental health professional. Also, if you feel you are in a mental health crisis, or if you have thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else, please contact 911 or the MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS LINE of your area immediately! The crisis line of Multnomah County is (503) 988-4888 or (800) 716-9769. |
