Women's Trauma Support Group: Coming January 2018

Move beyond surviving to thriving by building skills, developing supportive relationships, and becoming embodied.

In this group you can:

  • Find your inner sense of strength, beauty, and wisdom.
  • Reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD.
  • Connect with other amazing, resilient women.

This is a supportive, non-judgemental group that is open to anyone who identifies as a woman.

Join the Women's Trauma Support Group
If you are not currently my client, I will need to meet with you for a brief intake assessment (about 50 minutes in length).  Follow the link and click on "new client."  Select "Intake for Women's Trauma Support Group" from the Service drop down menu.  You may also schedule a free 20-minute New Client Consultation if would meet me and ask questions about the group first (another option from the Service drop down menu).

** I have a limited number of spots available at a reduced rate based on need/income if you don't have insurance, or if your insurance is out of network.  Please contact me for further details.
